Short courses
All of our training programmes are short but effective. Besides our values, we strive to make our training and educational programmes as REAL as possible. By REAL we mean:
Reflective: Sessions develop in you a strong sense of personal awareness
Experiential: You will cover typical real situations to convey learning principles
Applied: Activities are processed to ensure that you can bridge what you learn with what you do
Long-term: You are encouraged to develop plans to commit yourself in doing things better or differently and we may assist you further outside or even after the training sessions are over.
