Problem solving and decision making

Challenges will always arise at work and the often unpredictable nature of today's workplace renders this as a norm rather than an exception. Challenges provide an opportunity to find new ways to see the world by developing creative problem solving techniques and then dealing with them effectively.

This course provides an opportunity to systematically acquire or improve problem solving and decision making skills.
