Management retreats deal with sensitive transactional issues between the person and the organization. Management retreats are intensive experiences and involve a degree of commitment. We normally run them over two full days and it follows a live-in protocol.
Through exercises and activities, there is a lot of sharing that takes place and above all actions-forward through processing. We run several retreats for a variety of purposes namely strategic planning, culture change, work relationship-building, creativity and innovation and well-being.
