Developing team work skills

Building a high performance team requires more than just co-operation. It requires an understanding of group dynamics, effective leadership and communication and utilizing individual skills within the context of organizational goals. On this course participants will learn how to create a team environment that results in outstanding performance by applying research from the field of occupational psychology.
