We employ the principle of multi-trait multi-method assessment. Whether you are recruiting high potential and critical recruits or producing insightful gap analyses for development / promotional purposes of your Knowledge Workers, we can work with you to provide a thorough and knowledgeable opinion about specific groups of individuals to ensure that your decision for the next action is the best you can take.
Rather than using one single method for assessment, we develop a series of them, including psychometric testing, in-trays, simulations, general assessments, situational interviews etc. Studies generally indicate that ADCS have better incremental validity.
A typical ADC, which is evaluated by an assessment panel, ensures better predictive and incremental validity over single assessments although we take care to reduce the “exercise effect” by scoring the assessments per dimension at the end (the AT&T method) thereby increasing the dimension-focussed rating.
