Patricia Prihodova

Dr Patricia Prihodova graduated from Philosophical University of Slovakia in 1999, with a diploma in Adult Learning. She also holds PhD and PhDr degrees in the field of Human Resources Management.
Patricia has over 10 years experience in a wide range of Human Resources Management activities. She has also worked as HR manager responsible for definition and implementation of HR strategies in IT and retail sectors.
As an international consultant she participated and executed a variety of HR projects and coaching programs for several companies in the Middle East and Central Europe. She has been publishing for many years in several international HR professional publications with focus on education and literacy. She lived in Malta for over 3 years. She was an active member of FHRD as well as member of the assessors committee for Malta HR Awards 2009. She has cooperated with the University of Malta in lecturing in the field of Adult learning in the Department of Management. In Malta she was Board member responsible for membership of the international woman association AIWA.
Currently she is based in Dubai where she has been working on several HR projects.
