Omar Bitar

Norwegian by origin, Omar Bitar is an Organisational Psychologist who obtained his degree at the University of Sheffield. Apart from experience with the more traditional knowledge areas within organisational psychology, he has spent the last five years working with tangible people processes whilst forming a part of the HR Department of a reputable and successful Internet-based company.

Besides his experience in applying organisational psychology and HR skills in a corporate context, Omar has a particular interest in the implementation and use of emerging Internet technology (often referred to as Web 2.0) in order to facilitate people and business processes - ultimately improving business performance.
